Using ForwardEasy means you agree to these rules. Disposable email is designed for low-risk, short-term tasks; long-term inboxes are manageable public entry points. Neither is a permanent archive or guaranteed-delivery infrastructure.
Lifecycle
Disposable inboxes expire, recent records are cleaned up, and deleting or pausing an address affects future messages.
Service nature
The service is provided as is. Delivery depends on senders, networks, policies, and capacity.
Abuse handling
Fraud, harassment, bypassing restrictions, or infringing others’ rights may result in restriction, deletion, or cooperation with lawful requests.
Reasonable use

- Create long-term addresses that can be paused independently for different services

Prohibited conduct

1. Acceptance and scope
When you access or use the service, you enter into an agreement with ForwardEasy under these terms. If you disagree, stop creating addresses, receiving messages, or entering the management area.
The Privacy Policy explains how information is processed and applies alongside these terms. If a specific new feature displays additional rules, those rules take precedence only to the extent of any conflict.
2. Eligibility and authorization
You must meet the minimum age required by the laws where you are located and have the capacity to enter into these terms. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it.
You may provide only receiving inboxes and address prefixes that you are authorized to use. Do not use the service to mislead others into believing you represent a person, brand, or organization you are not authorized to represent.
3. Service description
The disposable inbox feature creates addresses that are valid for three hours by default and may be extended before expiration. Long-term inboxes use email-code authentication and let you create separate addresses, view recent records, and configure authenticator protection.
Features may change due to maintenance, security, capacity, or legal requirements. Countdown timers, statuses, and quotas shown in the interface are based on the server’s response.
4. Responsibility for addresses and credentials
Disposable-email tokens, email verification codes, standard login tokens, and authenticator keys are sensitive credentials. You must protect them and are responsible for actions taken in sessions under your control.
If you discover unauthorized access, sign out immediately, disable the relevant address, and contact support. We may request reasonable verification to avoid transferring control to an unauthorized person.
5. Reasonable use and restrictions
You may use the service for ordinary registrations, trials, downloads, testing, and separating long-term contacts. Automated requests must follow published interface, rate, and capacity limits and must not affect other users.
Do not bypass verification-code cooldowns, forge requests, scan address space, or attempt to obtain someone else’s messages. We may reduce quotas, apply rate limits, or block unusual sources based on risk.
6. Content and third parties
Email content is created by senders or users, and we do not endorse its claims in advance. External links, attachments, offers, and account notices may pose risks; verify the sender’s domain and requests yourself.
You retain rights to your lawful content while granting us limited permission to process it as necessary to receive, forward, display, filter, and troubleshoot the service. This permission does not allow us to use email content for unrelated advertising.
7. Lifecycle and deletion
After a disposable address expires, it may no longer receive or be recoverable, and changing addresses ends reliance on the old entry point. When a long-term address is paused, new messages may be discarded; after deletion, the address and related management capabilities may not be recoverable.
Recent records are not permanent storage and are generally cleared on a rolling basis after about 30 days. Save important information promptly when needed, and always treat your primary inbox or your own archive as the reliable source for important accounts.
8. Security and abuse response
We may use rate limiting, spam detection, reserved address terms, malicious-content scanning, and access logs to operate the service. If we reasonably believe activity poses a risk, we may suspend sessions, block sources, delete content, or restrict identities.
For imminent harm, valid legal process, or serious infringement, we may retain and disclose necessary information as required by law. Security measures do not mean we are obligated to monitor every message continuously.
9. Availability and changes
Email delivery depends on sender queues, DNS, networks, content policies, and receiving capacity, so we do not guarantee that every message will arrive at a fixed time. Maintenance, attacks, upstream failures, or events beyond our control may also cause interruptions.
We may improve, replace, or discontinue features and, where reasonably practical, provide notice of significant long-term changes. Free features do not constitute a promise to maintain any particular domain, address, or interface indefinitely.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as is and as available, without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability. Avoid using disposable addresses for financial, medical, government, or irreplaceable accounts.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses, or for lost data, profits, or opportunities. Liability that cannot be excluded is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
11. Indemnity, termination, and disputes
To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for reasonable claims and costs resulting from your unlawful use, infringement of third-party rights, or breach of these terms. This obligation does not apply to the portion directly caused by our own unlawful conduct.
You may stop using the service and delete controllable addresses at any time. We may restrict access for violations, risks, or service discontinuation. After termination, provisions concerning liability, rights, disputes, and necessary retention remain effective.
12. Updates and contact
We may update these terms in response to product, legal, or operational changes and will show the new effective date at the top of the page. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the new version; where the law requires separate consent, we will follow the appropriate process.
