Will my temporary email remain after refreshing?
In the same browser, the page will try to restore the original address as long as its 3-hour validity has not ended. The session is stored locally; it is not synced to an account and will not automatically appear on another device.
Clearing browser storage, closing a private-browsing window, or opening the page on another device can remove the clues needed for local recovery. If the task matters, finish it while the address is active; a temporary email is not a permanent archive.

How long do verification emails take, and when should I try again?
Most verification emails arrive within seconds to a few minutes, but sender queues, domain policies, and network retries can cause delays. Refreshing the inbox shows the latest status, but cannot make the sender deliver sooner.
- Check the address first Make sure it was copied completely, without leading or trailing spaces in the signup form.
- Refresh at intervals Wait about a minute before refreshing, and avoid repeatedly triggering the sender’s resend limit.
- Request it again After the service’s usual delivery window has passed, return to the sender and try again. Use only the latest verification code.
- Understand delivery limits Very large emails or messages rejected by the sender will not appear just because you keep refreshing.

How long does a temporary email last by default?
Every new address is available for 3 hours by default. The inbox shows a live countdown; if your task is not finished, click Extend time before expiration.
Will the address change when I extend it?
Extending keeps the current address and adds more time. Choosing Get a new address creates a new mailbox and clears the old address session.
Will refreshing the page create a new mailbox?
Not automatically. If the same browser still has an unexpired session, the page prioritizes restoring it. A new address is created only after expiration or when the local record is cleared.
Can I use it for important accounts?
We do not recommend it. Accounts involving finances, identity, health information, or long-term recovery should use a private email address you can reliably control.
Why has my verification code not arrived?
Check the address first, wait a little while, then refresh the inbox. Sender queues or rate limits can cause delays, and repeatedly requesting a resend may make you wait longer.
Are the demonstration emails real?
No. The Uber and Netflix messages in the empty inbox only demonstrate the reading experience and are not counted as real messages. They will be replaced when real mail arrives.
