Read mail online
See the message list and contents together. Verification codes, confirmation links, and short notifications stay on one page.
3 hours by default · Extend anytime
Keep it as long as needed. Refreshing restores the address while it is still active, and verification codes and notifications appear right here.
A clear email lifecycle
With ordinary disposable addresses, it is often unclear how long they will remain usable. ForwardEasy shows the remaining time beside your address: 3 hours by default, with the option to extend before expiration. Getting a new address starts a fresh full period.
This pace works well when confirmation emails arrive in several rounds. You do not have to rush through a ten-minute window or hand your personal email to an unfamiliar service because of occasional delays.
Your inbox address is prepared automatically when the page opens. Copy it and use it anywhere.
The countdown stays visible, and refreshing the page prioritizes recovery of this unexpired address.
Keep the same address while waiting for late confirmation or download notifications.
Less data, still useful
A temporary email should reduce steps, not create another way to request your data. There is no signup form, password, or primary-email link; the key actions stay in the inbox.

The address button sits right beside the inbox, so you do not lose characters or add spaces while selecting it manually.
Remaining time updates continuously, so deciding whether to extend does not depend on guesswork.
As long as the address is active, refreshing in the same browser continues from the local session.
Keep the original address when a process takes longer, without changing your registration details.
Real HTML emails appear in an isolated reading frame to reduce interference from page styles.
For short-term identities
A temporary address suits low-risk, short-term email tasks. For accounts involving money, healthcare, government services, or long-term recovery, use a private email address you control over time.
Receive activation emails and usage notifications first, then decide whether to share a long-term address.
Use a temporary address for whitepapers, asset packs, or event materials and reduce follow-up marketing email.
Product and development teams can quickly verify that standard registration emails arrive without mixing them into a personal inbox.
Separate your public identity in forums, polls, or temporary collaborations while keeping enough time for confirmation.
More than 10 minutes
Verification codes often arrive quickly, but invitation reviews, billing confirmations, and download notifications may not. A longer default window reduces repeat signups while preserving the boundaries of a disposable email.
| Feature | Short-lived disposable email | ForwardEasy |
|---|---|---|
| Default access time | Usually 10–60 minutes | 3 hours |
| Extend validity | May not be supported | Extend before expiration |
| Recovery after refresh | Address may change | Prioritized while unexpired |
| Important long-term accounts | Not suitable | Not recommended either |
Refreshing does not start over
In the same browser, the page will try to restore the original address as long as its 3-hour validity has not ended. The session is stored locally; it is not synced to an account and will not automatically appear on another device.
Clearing browser storage, closing a private-browsing window, or opening the page on another device can remove the clues needed for local recovery. If the task matters, finish it while the address is active; a temporary email is not a permanent archive.
Delivery times vary
Most verification emails arrive within seconds to a few minutes, but sender queues, domain policies, and network retries can cause delays. Refreshing the inbox shows the latest status, but cannot make the sender deliver sooner.
A different long-term option
Temporary email is for short-term receiving; forwarding aliases work when you want to keep a long-term entry point without exposing your primary email. Each tool has a clear role, without duplicating a second dashboard on the homepage.
If a service may later send password resets, billing messages, or security alerts, choose an address you can access long term. An alias can forward mail to your real inbox and be managed in a dedicated dashboard; a temporary email ends when its validity does.
Frequently asked questions
A 3-hour window is more flexible than common short-lived mailboxes, but it is still a temporary tool. These answers can help you decide when to use it and when to switch to a lasting address.
Every new address is available for 3 hours by default. The inbox shows a live countdown; if your task is not finished, click Extend time before expiration.
Extending keeps the current address and adds more time. Choosing Get a new address creates a new mailbox and clears the old address session.
Not automatically. If the same browser still has an unexpired session, the page prioritizes restoring it. A new address is created only after expiration or when the local record is cleared.
We do not recommend it. Accounts involving finances, identity, health information, or long-term recovery should use a private email address you can reliably control.
Check the address first, wait a little while, then refresh the inbox. Sender queues or rate limits can cause delays, and repeatedly requesting a resend may make you wait longer.
